An update regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation

An Important Update Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation – from Melinda Kay and Jo Larsen, Blush Creative, Directors

We hope you and your families are all safe and well.

In this time of uncertainty, many of us are isolated at home and facing the prospect of running large parts of our lives, and our businesses, online. We understand this poses some challenges, and requires a different way of thinking than what many of us are used to.

Now is a crucial time to ensure your online presence and the imagery you are using to represent yourself (and your business) is as good as it can be. With face-to-face meetings on hold for a while, your Linkedin profile photo and social media content need to be professional, engaging and aligned with your brand. Your online presence is likely to be the only way your network and potential clients will see you for some time.

The health and safety of our team and clients is our utmost priority, and we are taking the current situation extremely seriously.

Due to demand, we will continue undertaking limited photo shoots in strict accordance with OHS guidelines and the latest government health advice. From now on, all our photo shoots will be conducted in a one-on-one setting (ie: just the client and our photographer).

All photographs will be taken in an outdoor location, with a distance of at least two metres between the client and photographer at all times. We have also replaced our face-to-face makeup and styling with a ‘virtual’ session (via Zoom) prior to all photo shoots.

During this online meeting, we will advise you how best to prepare for your photo session, giving personalised advice about hair and makeup. We will also advise which items in your wardrobe will best suit your brand, and ‘look’.

At this stage, we will not be undertaking group photos.

This is a challenging time for all of us, but we are here to help. Please feel free to contact us for any advice or support on (03) 9826 8655, or at info@blush.com.au
